This could be achieved through reminders or setting specific time slots for activities such as socializing, studying, or pursuing hobbies. By creating boundaries, we can prevent technology from consuming too much of our time and attention, allowing us to engage in a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

However, constant comparison and seeking validation through these platforms can be harmful to our mental health.
